The position

Job description

As a Level Designer, you’ll work closely with our game design, art, and production teams to craft engaging, well-balanced levels that keep players coming back.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype levels that fit our casual gameplay style

  • Integrate and fine-tune levels in-engine

  • Collaborate with game designers to evolve core mechanics

  • Help define tools and pipelines for level creation

  • Bring ideas to improve player experience and game flow

What we offer

  • A full-time remote position, — no micromanagement, just trust and collaboration

  • The opportunity to grow with us, from early-stage to ambitious launch

  • A kind, creative, and committed team, where everyone’s voice matters

  • Quarterly team meetups in Paris (and maybe one day… somewhere warmer 🌴)

  • Real respect for work-life balance (no crunch, no late nights — we mean it)

Preferred experience

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Level Designer in mobile match 3 games.

  • Strong sense of game feel, pacing, and player progression

  • Comfortable with Unity or similar level design tools

  • A collaborative, curious mindset

  • A sensitivity to diversity, inclusivity, and pop culture is a big plus 💖

Recruitment process

Interview process
We’re keeping things simple and human. If there’s a good fit, you’ll first have a casual chat with someone from the team. From there, we’ll tailor the next steps together — no tests unless relevant, no endless loops.
