You will play a key role in analyzing player behavior, optimizing game balance, and driving monetization strategies through data.
Your Mission
Write and optimize SQL queries on Metabase to extract actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key KPIs for retention, engagement, and monetization.
Analyze player progression and identify churn points, difficulty spikes, and monetization opportunities.
Support A/B testing and feature validation by providing data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with game designers, producers, and marketing teams to guide product decisions with data.
Ensure data quality and consistency across different sources and reports.
What We’re Looking For
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Metabase (or similar BI tools).
Solid understanding of data analysis and statistics (cohort analysis, A/B testing, regression basics).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in mobile gaming, ideally in casual or Match-3 titles.
Good knowledge of free-to-play mobile KPIs: retention (D1/D7/D30), ARPU, ARPPU, conversion, LTV, funnel metrics.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with user acquisition and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase).
Skills in Python or R for advanced analytics or automation.
Experience with predictive modeling (LTV, churn).
