🎯 Your Mission
As a Global Buyer you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Asia Team.
Based in Bangkok, in Thailand, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thaïland to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
• Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.
💡 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.
Your profile:
• Proven 5 years' experience in contracting in Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand,
• Excellent negotiation skills, ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities,
• Knowledge of the market and contacts with key players in the Thai market
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment,
• Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve,
• Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected,
• Fluent in English and Thai.
