Volta Medical is an innovative, data-inspired US and European-based startup aimed at creating and bringing to the market cutting-edge AI software products to revolutionize interventional cardiac electrophysiology.
Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.
Our dynamic, innovative team is made up of 100+ collaborators in the EU and USA from a wide variety of backgrounds including engineers, business professionals and physicians, working together to develop AI solutions that help electrophysiologists help patients.
Interested in joining us in this mission? We are looking for a Field Clinical Specialist Intern to join our Field team for a period of six months.

You will report to our Field Clinical Leader and be part of a dynamic team of seven people. During the first three months, you will receive comprehensive training to understand our solutions, clinical procedures, and support activities. After this training period, your main responsibilities will include:On-site support: assisting with clinical procedures and providing operational support in hospitals. This will become a key part of your role after the initial training phase.Solution deployment: supporting the installation and implementation of our solutions in healthcare settings.Training support: contributing to the development and improvement of training materials and assisting with internal training initiatives.Project management: assisting with data collection, reporting, and optimizing existing tools.Scientific monitoring: conducting literature reviews to stay up to date with advancements and market trends in atrial fibrillation (AF).Presentation & Reporting: helping prepare presentations and reports for the team / managementKnowledge sharing: keeping the team informed about scientific developments and industry trends.Mobility: this role will require travel to our centers in Marseille and occasionally within France.
Profile
