What You Will Do:

• You will be a part of the “DIY” product experience category which covers a range of customer-facing solutions, from algorithmic design builders to quick upload and edit flows and feature-rich design tools.
• You will focus on the integration of QR codes, and QR-code enabled functionality into our full DIY ecosystem
• You will be responsible for developing the research process, generating hypotheses, working on validating solutions, and designing user interfaces so that our clients can always get quality results when working with our DIY tools.

• 6-8+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably in the B2B or B2C e-commerce space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions that had measurable positive impact for users and the business.
• Experience bringing to bear quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions.
• Ability to move between high level design and detailed design, and between future concepting and near-term implementation.
• Highly skilled with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

• Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.
• Ability to plan, moderate, and complete a variety of goal-oriented workshops across collaborators, leading to exciting new ideas, new-found consensus, and critical alignment.
• Experience designing across responsible web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing features, as well as participating in complex roadmap planning.
