The Vista Behaviors are born out of our history, our recent acquisitions, our strategic goals, and the needs of Vista today. They complement our diverse backgrounds, experiences, and expertise, and aim to bring us together as One Vista team.
As team members, the Vista Behaviors help orient us in the same direction, no matter where you’ve joined us from or how long you’ve been part of the team. These Vista Behaviors are integrated into every aspect of how we do business, including how we evaluate team member performance, and how we make hiring decisions.

Our formal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and informal Special Interest Groups (SIGs) foster understanding, allyship, and community.
SIGs are volunteer-driven groups formed around a common interest or affinity such as pets, caregivers and gaming.
ERGs are support systems within Vista that foster awareness, respect, and inclusion within the workplace by engaging groups that share identities or interests.
