In this role, you will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Projects span a variety of brownfield and operational environments, offering technically challenging and rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on remedial projects across NSW
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site resources
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, scopes, and quality standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on site
- Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and environmental obligations
- Participate in planning, programming, and progress reporting
Support successful delivery of projects in marine, industrial, and structural remediation environments
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager (preferably in remedial or civil construction)
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes, and technical specifications
- Proven leadership of site teams in complex or brownfield environments
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements
- Strong background in subcontractor management and self‑perform teams
- Ability to manage stakeholders and asset owners/managers
- Ability to work across multiple clients with varying expectations
Preferred Background - Experience in remedial construction, marine structures, industrial environments, or infrastructure repairs
- Exposure to concrete remediation and reconstruction, coatings, façade repair, structural strengthening, and temporary works (formwork, falsework, scaffolding)

You will work across a diverse range of NSW‑based remedial projects, including: - Wharf and marine infrastructure
- Industrial and mining facilities
- Road, rail, and bridge structures
- Buildings and façades
- Stadium refurbishments
- Travel throughout NSW may be required depending on project locations.
