For a construction project based in Lisbon, Portugal, we are looking for a Planning and Project Control Manager

🔹 Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing the development of integrated master programme in Microsoft Project that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and providing changes to the integrated master programme.

• Participating in meeting with client related to schedule including for Variation order, weekly meeting, contractual meetings when necessary

• Monitoring and controlling master programme compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.

• Providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances,

• Issuing progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement,

• Issuing 3month and 3 weeks schedules

• Issuing Multiple Critical paths analysis and monitoring its variance

• Inputing Has built programm

• Inputing and monitor ressources

• Issuing on request dedicated schedule for the need of the team

• Preparing editable version of the master programme

• Issuing weekly update of the programme

• To create and track production indicators

• Consolidate production KPI in a dashboard

• Prepare subcontractor’s schedule

With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, you have at least 3 years of proven experience in project planning and control within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

You are skilled in schedule management, progress monitoring, with a solid command of planning tools (MS Project).

Your analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams enable you to support project performance and anticipate deviations effectively.

Fluent Portuguese (spoken, written, and read) — mandatory
Professional proficiency in English — required
