Working as part of our Projects division, we are looking for an experienced, hands on HR Manager to work in our office and construction sites in Ipswich.
The role will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive HR services on a joint venture project, with an overall project value of around £600 million with a headcount of around 900 employees.
You will build a team to help deliver and implement the people strategy to enable the project to deliver its strategic objectives, whilst working in partnership with the Projects Senior Leadership team and joint venture partners. You will have proven experience in;
- Liaising with joint venture and multiple organisations to form a collaborative team on a project.
- Experience of architecting and embedding a culture that is inclusive, engaging, innovative, collaborative, safe and committed to high quality and high-performance outcomes.
- Recruitment and Resourcing: Partnering and supporting leaders with the effective mobilisation of the project resources, ensuring the project has the right organisational structure and resource profile to meet its strategic objectives and operational demands.
- Managing multiple sets of terms and conditions, including the employment secondments for employees coming from our overseas Group Companies. Management of the sponsored workers and any visa related activity.
