#TopWomenTech 2025 – engineering a more inclusive future This year again, we proudly joined the #TopWomenTech Summit in Brussels, hosted by Careers International. 🎤 Our dear colleagues Florence Duchene (Sogea Environnement), Joanne Astar (VINCI CONSTRUCTION SI), and Florence Biral (Talent & Mobility Director) shared their experiences and convictions with over 200 women in IT and engineering from across Europe. From the opening keynote "When passion serves a purpose" to a roundtable on shaping change, their contributions reflected our belief: inclusion drives progress.
