We are looking for an experienced Proposal & Bid Manager to join our growing team and lead our tender and proposal activities, especially targeting government and public sector clients. In addition, you will be responsible for leading our responses to publicly funded innovation projects - typically at the EU (EU Horizon/ EIT Urban Mobility) or National level.
You will be instrumental in helping Vianova expand its presence through strategic bid management, exceptional writing, and compelling product storytelling.
Manage the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity identification, qualification, and response strategy to submission and post-submission debriefs
Own and write high-quality tenders and proposals for government and public sector clients (Europe, Middle East, North America)
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to craft impactful narratives that showcase our technology solutions
Be treated as a member of Vianova’s sales team, with commissions based upon value of contracts won as well as a quota
Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, case studies, and templates
Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and provide creative, competitive answers that differentiate Vianova
Improve processes and share best practices to continually raise the quality and win rate of our bids

+2 years experience in proposal management, bid writing, or tender response, ideally within a tech company or consulting environment
Strong track record responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from public sector or municipal clients
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills: you make complex technology understandable and inspiring
Product-minded: you can quickly grasp technical solutions and frame them in customer-centric value propositions
Deep interest in urban mobility, transport innovation, and smart cities
Organized, meticulous, and strategic: you know how to juggle deadlines, compliance, and creativity
Fluent English is mandatory; French, Dutch, German, or Spanish are a plus
