About the role 🖥️

  • Join the Consignment team in France!The Consignment team offers Vestiaire Collective’s VIP customers a white-glove selling service: We manage everything from at-home collections, copywriting, photography, price management, storage and shipping on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a Consignment Manager, who can work independently, create strong relationships with our clients, and drive both new and repeat business. This role will be based in Paris.
  • What you’ll be doing 👜

  • Foster strong relationships with your VIP client portfolio to enhance retention, increase repeat deposits, and drive sales.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with new elite sellers, leveraging your personal network as well as initiating new commercial relationships and business development initiatives (events, partnerships) to drive business growth.
  • Devise and implement reactivation and referral campaigns to boost business and ensure sustained growth.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the business during at-home appointments with top clients, curating their finest luxury goods, and offering expert guidance on our services.
  • Optimize your clients’ catalog to ensure rapid and successful sales.
  • Exceed targets by effectively managing your time and appointment schedule.
  • Provide excellent assistance to clients and handle any queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Who you are ⭐

  • 4+ years of professional experience in luxury retail or customer-facing luxury roles
  • Proactive and self-starting mindset, commercial mindset
  • Autonomous and calm in stressful situations, excelling in working towards stretch targets
  • Possesses a large network of potential clients or the ability to quickly build networks and referrals
  • Enthusiastic about the luxury industry, with a keen understanding of luxury customer needs and extensive knowledge of fashion trends
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at representing Vestiaire’s values and communicating effectively with demanding clients
  • Proficient in using tools such as G-suite, Salesforce, and CRM
