The position

Job description

We are looking for a Product UX/UI Designer to help us create a modern UI design and customer journey flows for our Verity SaaS product.

You will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into modern, user-centred designs. You will be actively working together with product managers and functional analysts to create and validate your UI designs. You will maintain a consistent design approach across all different features of the Verity SaaS product. You will evaluate the built UI flows and contribute to enhancements and further refinements. All this will be done in an agile way of working in a Scrum team defining our future Verity SaaS product step by step.

Target customers for our SaaS product are small to large-size companies active in the energy & environmental sector across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities:

·        Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, user-centred designs

·        Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing

·        Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms

·        Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life

·        Iterate based on feedback and data from real users and customers

·        Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries

·        Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards


Preferred experience

We’re looking for people who have:

•        Bachelors’ degree in Business or IT

•        5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (or similar role)

•        Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and UI design examples

•        Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

•        Solid understanding of design principles, responsive design, and interaction design

•        Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

•        Excellent communication and collaboration skills

•        Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)

•        Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams

•        Experience in the Energy sector is a plus
