As we expand across Europe, we’re looking for Field Sales Representative based in Milan, Italy to lead sales efforts in key markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, has a track record of closing, and wants to help shape the future of retail loss prevention through technology.

You have 2+ years of field sales experience, ideally in B2B or retail/SaaS environments;
You possess an experience with cold outreach and direct in-store selling is a big plus;
You’re comfortable managing your own schedule, pipeline, and goals;
You’re able to communicate clearly and adapt to different types of buyers;
You define yourself as a Tech-savvy—you know your way around CRMs and productivity tools;
You’re resilient, resourceful, and excited to be part of a high-growth environment.
Languages : Being native in Italian, fluent in English
This is a remote position, based in Milan, Italy.
Tangible Commission: ~34-38K gross salary + 30K uncapped bonus;
