About Valiantys

Valiantys is the leading global consulting and services firm dedicated to Atlassian. We are accelerating our transformation from a license and implementation focused Atlassian partner into the industry’s first IT consulting firm dedicated to transforming how organizations work — helping them revolutionize product development, streamline enterprise service management (ESM), and accelerate transformation in the cloud.

Headquartered in France, Valiantys Group operates across three main regions — North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific (Australia) — with strong expectations for sustained and profitable growth.

Role Overview

Valiantys is seeking a VP of Sales – EMEA to lead our regional growth strategy and elevate our go-to-market execution.

Reporting to the General Manager EMEA, you’ll shape how we engage with clients, partners, and the Atlassian ecosystem as we evolve into a consulting-led, solution-driven IT services organization.

You’ll unite Sales, Marketing, and Alliances around a single growth vision — driving value-based solutions, strengthening executive relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the region.

Purpose & Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

-Lead and drive the strategic sales planning process across the region, ensuring alignment between sales objectives, market priorities, and partner engagement.

-Lead the transformation toward a solution and outcomes-led approach, connecting client needs to measurable business impact.

-Anticipate market trends and competitive dynamics to refine priorities and guide regional sales planning.

Budget & Performance Management

-Manage regional sales budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and profitability.

-Oversee forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and margin performance in partnership with Finance and Delivery teams.

-Drive a data-informed culture to monitor performance, identify risks, and continuously improve sales efficiency.

Client & Partner Growth

-Build and expand executive relationships with key enterprise clients to uncover transformation and growth opportunities.

-Strengthen co-sell and co-market partnerships with Atlassian, AWS, and other ISVs to drive regional demand and joint wins.

-Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and account management discipline.

Team Leadership & Development

-Lead and develop a team of Territory Heads and individual sales contributors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

-Promote consultative and value-based selling practices, focused on business value and measurable outcomes.

-Support career growth, coaching, and recruitment of high-performing sales talent.

Collaboration & GTM Integration

-Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to deliver a cohesive go-to-market execution.

-Align regional sales strategy with global objectives and share best practices across geographies.

-Drive a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Do you have what it takes to be our next VP Sales EMEA?

You are an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in Sales, Consulting, or IT Services, and a proven ability to build and scale consulting-led businesses.

Recognized for your strategic mindset and change leadership, you know how to align Sales, Marketing, and Delivery around a unified, solution-led go-to-market model.

You bring deep knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, DevOps, service management and agile enablement, and have successfully led complex enterprise deals and partner-driven growth initiatives (Atlassian, AWS, or similar ecosystems would be particularly relevant).

You combine strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

Fluency in business English is required; an additional European language is a plus.

The role is based in Paris (16th arrondissement) with a flexible hybrid working model allowing a balance between office and remote work.
