Your assignment

Valiantys is looking for its future Finance Manager as part of a job creation. 

You are looking for a rewarding and enriching opportunity in a growing company. Join our dynamic and passionate Toulouse team in modern, friendly and spacious premises. This position reports to our Head Of Corporate Accounting.

The goal of the finance department is to be a real business partner for the development of Valiantys. Your role, if you accept it, will consist in participating in the different closings, taking part in the elaboration of budgets, financial reporting and KPI, integrating new entities in the group and participating in various transversal projects. 

Things you'll be working on:

Ensure closings : You will participate in the various monthly/quarterly/annual closings with the finance team in order to establish consolidated accounts and reports or provide financial KPIs.

Establish reports on the cash : You will prepare monthly cash-flow reports and participate in cash flow forecasts. You will have the opportunity to set up KPIs or reports allowing the monitoring or maximization of cash.  

Participate in budgets : You will be involved in the budgeting process in order to consolidate data and obtain the consolidated group budget.  

Integrate new entities : You will have an important role in the integration of new foreign subsidiaries. For example, you will have to work on the accounts of the new subsidiaries to be able to integrate them according to the same group reporting format. You will have to set up the tools or corporate worksheets for these new subsidiaries. You will participate in the deployment of new accounting or reporting software.

Your role will be pivotal within the accounting and finance team. As a  actor of the change, your scope will be likely to evolve with the growth of our company. 

What you need to be successful

You speak English fluently and French of course! You have a 4/5 year degree in accounting and management, and have acquired a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, including a period in an accounting or auditing firm. General accounting and Excel have no more secrets for you. You are comfortable with financial statements and reports. 

You like numbers and you use your natural leadership skills to successfully complete the projects entrusted to you.

And of course, you chose finance because rigor, organization and confidentiality are in your DNA.

You are looking for autonomy in a participative management context. You like to have diversified tasks and learn on a daily basis. You want to work in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy sharing your ideas with your colleagues.
