We are looking for Quality Project Engineer who will be responsible for implementing quality tools (QRQC, FMEA, SC, etc.) in line with customer and Valeo guidelines, coordinating quality standards documentation, and validating products and processes. Works closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, manage customer complaints, and ensure continuous improvement in production quality.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Implementation of quality tools within the project (QRQC, FMEA, SC,…) in accordance with customer and Valeo guidelines
• Collaboration on the Design and Product Validation Plan (DVP&R), it is part of the FDPR
• Coordination of the development of the quality standard document required by the project and the customer (FMEA, CP, drawings)
• Collaboration to ensure timely delivery of internal/external ISIR samples and documentation
• Coordinating product and tool validation with the lab, validates process modifications
• Monitors the development of quality issues - resolves quality issues in production, analyzes defects
• Collaboration with the quality audit team
• Ensuring information transfer within the team, preparing corrective solutions for quality problems
• Validation and preparation of deviations in production, based on risk analysis, FMEA review…
• Representing the company with the customer when discussing quality issues and ensuring communication with the customer or Valeo's resident engineer
• Organizing regular visits to the customer
• Ensuring customer systems are checked and recorded (B2B)
• Ensuring prompt response (QR) and action taken within 24 hours of customer notification of a complaint
• Controlling sorting costs
• Coordination of the analysis (FTA) prepared for each customer complaint
• Coordination of corrective actions implemented
• Support in resolving complaints
• Ensuring continuous improvement of quality tools in production

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:

• University degree focused on quality management or technical field
• Min. 2 years experience with automotive project quality
• Knowledge of modern quality management methods
• English on very good level
• Responsibility, analytical thinking, systematic approach and customer orientation
