We are looking for a B2B Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Development Representative (internship or apprenticeship) whose role will be to support the growth of Uptale in APAC by contributing to lead generation, prospecting, and early-stage sales qualification.
Based within our Singapore Branch and working alongside our Regional Manager and Account Executive, you will participate in exciting commercial initiatives across the APAC region for prestigious clients such as Singapore Airlines, NUS, and leading companies in retail, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality.
You will take part in a wide range of stimulating missions for both new and existing prospects
Identifying and researching potential leads in target industries
Conducting outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach)
Supporting the preparation of sales materials, decks, and demos
Updating CRM activity and ensuring data accuracy (HubSpot)
Helping organise meetings, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
Contributing to market analysis and competitive monitoring
Assisting with events, conferences, and local marketing initiatives
You are studying business, sales, marketing, or a related field
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to prospects
You are curious, organised, and proactive
You enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
You have a strong interest in technology, training, or SaaS
You are fluent in English and a Singapore citizen or resident
Bonus — you know HubSpot, Aircall, or have done cold calling before
You are not sick with a VR Headset :)
