We are looking for an Immersive Learning Instructional Designer (internship or apprenticeship) whose role will be to contribute to the creation of large-scale virtual reality learning modules for various clients through the Uptale Studio.

Based within our Singapore Operations Team, and surrounded by our Country Manager and Customer Success Manager, you will work on exciting projects across the APAC region for prestigious clients such as Singapore Airlines, NUS, and companies in semiconductors, healthcare, and retail industries.

You will take part in a wide range of stimulating missions for both new and existing clients:

• Analyzing client needs and project framing

• Writing detailed storyboards that leverage the educational power of immersion

• On-site scouting and video shooting

• Producing and integrating the module in the Uptale Studio

• Leading client meetings (storyboard reviews and deliveries)

• Contributing to the success of project deployments

• Improving existing training modules

• You are studying instructional design, digital learning, game design, or a related field

• You are familiar with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)

• You have a strong interest in storytelling and creativity

• You demonstrate good listening skills and empathy

• You are comfortable speaking in public and interacting with clients

• You are passionate about technologies such as virtual, augmented, and mixed reality

• You are fluent in English, and a Singapore citizen or resident

• And… you don’t get motion sickness when wearing a VR headset :)
