Are you ready to be the strategic right hand of a major transformation initiative? The FinFAST program is a multi-year, cross-functional transformation journey aimed at redefining our finance operations through SAP S/4HANA and digital innovation. We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) Lead to orchestrate governance, planning, and change management across this high-impact program.

What will your daily life be like?

Program Governance & Project Management

  • Serve as the left hand of the Program Director, ensuring alignment across workstreams and IT.
  • Lead integrated project planning, incorporating pilot learnings into full rollout strategy.
  • Maintain and govern the project risk register, mitigation plans, and escalation protocols.
  • Oversee project tools, action tracking, and delivery timeliness across the Core and IT teams.
  • Track and coordinate delivery of technical components (e.g., reports, system interfaces, data conversions, custom enhancements, forms, and workflows) in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capitalization of program costs in partnership with Finance.
  • Ensure quality control and audit readiness of all program documentation and deliverables.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and execute the program-wide communication plan for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end-user training plans, materials refresh, and business process documentation.
  • Lead feedback collection and analysis during End User Testing (December-January).
  • Define and monitor the Hypercare support model post-Go-Live.
  • Track Go-Live readiness, including first-time process validation and sign-offs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Govern roles and authorizations strategy, including matrix reviews and deferred rollout enhancements.
  • Coordinate data migration governance, including sign-off evidence and repository management.
  • Lead cutover planning and execution monitoring.
  • Drive UAT tracking and reporting across streams.
  • Oversee Master Data Governance, ensuring transition from interim to long-term BPIC models.

You are the right person for this position if :

Must have

  • Proven experience in PMO leadership within large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs is appreciated
  • Strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and financial controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience with change management, training coordination, and communication planning.
  • Familiarity with technical delivery tracking, data migration, and master data governance is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
