About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales teams and help drive the success of our go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will assist with improving sales processes, using tools effectively, and turning data into insights that help our sales teams perform at their best. You will collaborate with both local and global teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you will do

  • Work with commercial teams (sales and account managers) to help improve how they operate and support the execution of commercial strategies
  • Monitor commercial performance and trends, and prepare reports and summaries that make the data easy to understand.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in commercial processes and tools (sales campaign planning, lead prioritization..) and suggest solutions to improve them and work on execution of these processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with enablement and operation teams to implement new commercial processes.
Basic Qualifications
  • Perfectly fluent in French & English - this is a must
  • +2 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Consulting, or other analytical/strategic roles in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and impact.
