About the Role

The Business Manager role is a great opportunity to help grow Uber Eats in a recently-launched market. The role is a combination of leading the Luxembourg day-to-day operations, with selling and account management. You'll be the face of Uber Eats in Luxembourg, while at the same time being responsible to build the best restaurant offering of your region, by expanding the number of restaurants on our app and by improving the offering of restaurants already on the app.

What You'll Do


  • Responsibility for the Luxembourg operations: you will be responsible for the effective management of the day to day operations and make the strategic decisions. You'll be the face of the business locally and you will ensure compliance with the laws and regulations governing the activity, with the help of central teams based in the Netherlands and France.
  • Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the territory you operate
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
  • Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the most important restaurants in your market(s)
  • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Account management
  • Champion deep relationships with top restaurant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities to grow their delivery business
  • Optimizing their operational performance and their offering
  • Developing marketing campaigns with top restaurants to grow our sales
  • Assist our top restaurant partners and tackle or escalate complex support issues for timely resolution

  • Proactive, autonomous and organized
  • Thrives in a start-up culture
  • Is based in Luxembourg city
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Sales and/or account management experience
  • Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
  • Professional proficiency in French is required, Luxembourgish AND/OR German is a plus
  • Effective at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • You must satisfy the conditions of professional integrity in order to hold the autorisation d'établissement" in the name of the company there
About the Team

You will be the one representing Uber Eats in Luxembourg and will have a seat in a coworking space. You will have regular exchanges with the French and Dutch teams and you will report to an experienced manager.
