About the Internship
You will be immersed in Uber’s high impact Account Management team culture and will partner with a mentor and a host of other team resources to experience the dynamics of the Tech world.
The Global Delivery Partnerships’ team collaborates with franchisees among the biggest international restaurants brands (McDo, Burger King, KFC etc). As an Account Coordinator Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping these brands grow on our platform while gaining hands-on experience in account management, marketing, data, and operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting high-impact projects and learning from experienced Account Managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Merchant Business Health:
Help bring new restaurant partners live on the platform.
Monitor and report on their early performance, including sales and operational metrics.
Flag any underperforming stores early and work with the team to support improvements.
-Compliance & Issue Resolution:
Be the first point of contact for merchant questions and compliance issues, including payment challenges, food safety checks, or franchise changes.
Escalate critical issues quickly to ensure smooth resolution.
Use dedicated internal channels to streamline support for restaurant partners.
-Marketing Campaign Support:
Assist Account Managers with marketing campaigns-from uploading promotions and updating hero images to coordinating with Ads Managers.
Help track campaign performance and provide post-campaign insights.
-Data & Insights:
Dive into light data analysis (SQL experience is a bonus but not required).
Help uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and improve operational performance.
-Franchise Engagement:
Support franchise partners with expansion plans, compliance needs, and marketing performance insights.
Collaborate with your peers to improve processes and frameworks that enhance franchise operations

Basic Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for the full duration of the internship
Available to start on 6th October and work full-time for 6 months
Work authorisation in France - No visa sponsorship is available for internships & full time roles after internship.
Preferred qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
Demonstrated ability to use data and drive analysis
Ability to think strategically, understand the ins & outs of our business and analyze restaurant needs
