We’re a curious, analytical, and detail-obsessed Vendor Management Team dedicated to strengthening Turo’s support ecosystem through accurate data, clean reporting, and insights that drive performance. We work closely with Operations Reporting, WFM, Finance, Product, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure our vendor operations are powered by trustworthy data and clear storytelling.
We believe that operational excellence begins with data integrity. By building strong relationships with internal teams and our partners, we create a transparent environment where metrics are understood, issues are surfaced early, and decisions are grounded in facts—not assumptions.

Performance Analysis & Insights: Review KPIs, trends, and anomalies to provide Vendor Managers with clear insights, risks, and recommendations that support continuous improvement.
Quality & Process Audits: Evaluate workflow adherence and case quality across BPO teams to ensure compliance with Turo processes, SOPs, and contractual expectations.
Support Strategic Planning: Contribute data and insights that inform Joint Business Plans (JBPs), pilot reviews, performance storytelling, and cross-functional initiatives.
