Within the management company Tikehau Investment Management, you will join the Fund Operations department and will be involved in the administrative and financial processes of closed-end private debt funds. 

Your main tasks will be: 

• Contribute to the operational processes of the funds, e.g. capital calls, distributions, deal executions;
• Participate in banking and accounting reconciliations; 
• Assist in the preparation of the Net Asset Value of the funds; 
• Prepare administrative documents (Fund Admins, FATCA); 
• Intervention on operational tools (Efront); 
• Preparation of recurring reporting; 
• Contribute to the monitoring of the performance of the funds.

Au sein de la société de gestion Tikehau Investment Management, vous intégrerez le département Fund Operations et serez impliqué dans les processus administratif et financier des fonds de dette privée. 

Vos principales tâches seront les suivantes : 

• Contribuer aux processus opérationnels des fonds, e.g. exécution des deals, des appels de fonds et des distributions ;
• Participer aux rapprochements bancaire et comptable ; 
• Aider à la préparation des valeurs liquidatives (NAV) des fonds ; 
• Préparer les documents administratifs (Fund Admins, FATCA) ; 
• Intervention sur les outils opérationnels (Efront) ; 
• Préparation des rapports récurrents ; 
• Contriibuer au suivi de la performance des fonds.

Profile :

• Master 1 or Master 2 in Finance, 
• You are organized, rigorous and dynamic, you know how to show curiosity and enthusiasm, 
• Good command of Excel, 
• Fluent in French and English 
• A first experience/ knowledge in finance would be a plus
