The position
Job description
MISSIONS:
- Support all settlement activities and coordination for bank loans, including trade allocations and confirmations, (by EOD of trade day), settlement date coordination with the counterparties and agent banks
- Oversee process including closings, advances, liquidity, liability management, reporting, compliance testing and waterfalls with the CLO trustees, fund administrators, legal counsel
- Maintain all trading, positions, and compliance platforms (Allvue, Clearpar, LendAmend)
Preferred experience
PROFILE:
- Undergraduate degree with 1-5 years of relevant work experience in investment management or financial services environment
- Candidates must demonstrate a combination of strong analytical, quantitative, and written and oral communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Data Analytics/Coding/Programming
- Wall Street Office, ClearPar, Bloomberg, Intex, Allvue, Semeris, legal documents experience is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of structured finance
