The position

Job description

We are seeking a versatile Application Engineer, based in Miami (US) to join growing Therapanacea’s U.S. team where you will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and ongoing support of Therapanacea’s radiotherapy solutions. This hybrid role combines implementation engineering, technical and clinical application support, and customer success to ensure that our solution delivers clinical value from day one. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, IT departments, and internal stakeholders to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize our SaaS applications in real-world radiation oncology workflows.

Priori to your US mission, you will spend a few months at TheraPanacea’s HQ in Paris to be trained on our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding and deployment of TheraPanacea SaaS platform at customers sites, including project management, installation, and configuration of cloud-based services, APIs, and data pipelines to align with clinical workflows.

  • Collaborate with customer IT teams and physicist teams to ensure integration with simulation devices and treatment planning systems.

  • Train both clinical and technical users in solution functionality and administration.

  • Serve as the first line of technical support for live customer environments to diagnosis and resolve issues related to connectivity, clinical workflows, and platform performance.

  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or clinical teams while maintaining customer communication and satisfaction.

  • Act as a bridge between customer, product, and engineering teams to inform product enhancements and workflow improvements. Participate in cross-functional meetings to bring customer perspective.

  • Lead customer upgrades and updates coordinating with internal cloud operations team and customer IT teams. Follow-up with clinical and technical training.

  • Adhere to QA protocols, compliance documentation, and clinical validation efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct proactive support as time permits through customer visits, calls, and performance and usages statistics.

  • Support pre-sales demonstrations and discussions as necessary highlighting key clinical and technical value propositions.

  • Accountable for customer satisfaction through interactions and follow through.


Preferred experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in biomedical, physics or related field.

  • Customer focused mindset and result orientation with strong analysis and troubleshooting capabilities

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both clinically and technically

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS implementation, clinical applications or technical support with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)

  • Familiarity with the radiation oncology landscape and workflows

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred

  • Multi-lingual in English and French

  • Experience with delivering and supporting software solutions in Radiation Therapy
