The position

Job description

We are looking for a SRE/Tech Support Engineer Intern who can start in Feb 2026 to support our platform operations team. As part of this internship, you will help install and update applications in Kubernetes and docker compose environments, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist with incident tracking. You will work closely with the platform and development teams to ensure smooth operations and gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and container technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker

Compose environments.

• Support basic operations in AWS cloud (such as EC2, EKS, S3).

• Contribute to automation tasks using Ansible/Terraform for configuration and

repetitive processes.

• Perform first-level troubleshooting under supervision.

• Document incidents, track progress, and update the incident management system.


Preferred experience

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container concepts.

• Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line usage.

• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, IP, routing, ports).

• Exposure to AWS Cloud services is a plus.

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with the team.
