Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, dynamic sales executive to join Therapanacea’s U.S. team to catalyze its expansion. In this role, you will own a territory and drive growth within academic IDNs and cancer centers across our AI-powered radiation oncology solutions through strategic engagement with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of enterprise software sales within radiation oncology, a strong network in academic affiliated IDNs and cancer centers, and a passion for advancing oncology through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own the sales process for a large territory with a focus on finalizing new account partnerships, from initial prospecting to contract closure. This is a front-line sales position with the opportunity to build a team around you as we expand.

·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting academic IDNs and NCI-designated cancer centers

·       Build relationships with C-level executives, department chairs, and clinical leaders to position TheraPanacea as a trusted AI partner within radiation oncology.

·       Build and maintain strong sales pipeline coverage to achieve annual quota to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.

·       Manage pipeline velocity through strategic account targeting, deal qualification and prioritization, and accurate forecasting.

·       Develop relationships both on the clinical and operational side of target accounts in order to properly present and sell meaningful solutions

·       Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity of TherePanacea solutions

·       Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to tailor messaging and demos to customer needs

·       Represent Therapanacea at key radiation oncology and healthcare conferences to build brand visibility and relationships

·       Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce documentation to

·       Work collaboratively with our implementation and support colleagues to ensure successful deployments.


Preferred experience

Qualifications

·       7+ years of sales experience within radiation oncology, with 3+ years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience

·       Proven success selling into IDNs or large health systems, especially academic IDNs and NCI-designated cancer centers.

·       Demonstrated track record of successful sales and reaching or exceeding KPIs.

·       Clear understanding of the radiation oncology landscape, including treatment planning workflows and decision-making dynamics

·       Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with clinical and administrative stakeholders

·       Willingness to travel up to 50%


Preferred

·       Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare company

·       Existing relationships within major U.S. academic cancer centers

Ø  Case Study presentation and discussion

o   45-60 Min – *Candidate to present strategic plan to secure business within the Ideal Customer Profile.  Candidate will have time to prepare after initial interviews.
