You will :

  • Participate to the customer support team activities: Customer service, Support ticket assessment, and bug resolution.

  • Support the pre-sales actions, in particular preparing the demonstration material.

  • Select a few improvement features to be developed with the product functional team, targeting the ones of the adapted size to be handled within your internship duration, so that you can see the whole cycle from idea to release.

This internship, according to your predecessors, is a unique experience mixing product development and customer contacts, to test your skills and interest, to mature your professional project.


Preferred experience

Minimum level required: In the last year of Master degree in engineering, medical physics, or biomedical domain, or ‘césure’ / gap year

Required skills:

  • Customer satisfaction oriented

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to and interest in investigating in order to find issues root causes

  • Experiences or knowledge in advanced software usage

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation (this is a customer-facing position)

  • Strong motivation

Language: French / Fluent English
