The position

Job description

To support the growth of the company, we are looking for a product manager to join our production team. The product manager will be responsible for the development and monitoring of our collection’s projects.

This person will assist in the creation and presentation of collections. They will be in contact with manufacturers and suppliers.

Your missions will be as follows:

  • Assisting in product feasibility research, making proposals regarding materials, techniques, and innovative sourcing.

  • Launching prototypes/samples with our factories.

  • Generating and updating technical specifications at all stages

  • Sending fitting comments to the factories.

  • Creating and regularly updating product sheets while ensuring data accuracy during critical stages (sample launches, showroom presentations, and production orders).

  • Monitoring the established season’s timeline and participating in the detailed planning of the product category based on factory capacity and final deadlines.

  • Systematically estimating costs as they arise at each stage of development compared to internal objectives.


Preferred experience

  • Experience in one or more ready-to-wear fashion houses required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of product development experience.

  • Technical expertise in clothing, particularly in wovens and CMT

  • Microsoft Office and especially excellent Excel skills

  • Strong organizational skills, team player mindset, versatility and attention to details

  • Knowledge of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

  • Fluent in both French and English is essential.
