We are currently seeking a Head of Digital Marketing and Websites reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Director to join our Marketing Communications (Marcom) team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, preferably in the B2B sector.

About the mission we offer you:

 

As the strategic lead for Technip Energies' digital presence, you will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns and platforms, marketing automation and analytics as well as the design, orchestration and performance of a robust website ecosystem including corporate websites. In this role, you will drive integration across all touchpoints — from content to technology — to enhance engagement, visibility and lead generation throughout the customer lifecycle. This role combines strategic vision, technical oversight, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence in a high-stakes digital environment.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

Digital Marketing 

- Define and launch digital marketing plans to support the company’ s growth, increase visibility, and generate leads (SEA, social ads, email marketing, etc.) 

- Manage multi-channel content marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences (whitepapers, webinars, video, etc.) 

- Develop and launch acquisition campaigns (SEA, social media ads, email marketing, etc.) aimed at generating high-quality leads and maximizing conversion rates.

- Drive the use of Salesforce Pardot or equivalent marketing automation platform for lead scoring, nurturing, and ROI optimization

- Monitor analytics and SEO performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements

- Identify, track and analyze KPIs; adjust campaigns to optimize funnel effectiveness and maximize results (acquisition cost, conversion rates, engagement metrics, etc.).

- Establish strong feedback loops between marketing, commercial/business line teams (CRM, lead scoring, call tracking) to optimize the conversion pipeline and improve deal closing

 

Websites

- Define and execute the company’s digital ecosystem roadmap on websites and web tools, developing a comprehensive multi-year strategy for the evolution of Technip Energies' web presence, aligning with overall business objectives and digital marketing strategies

- With the help of editorial teams, publish relevant and attractive content on websites: collaborate closely with content creators, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to understand content needs and ensure timely publication, optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement

- Ensure coherence, performance and scalability across corporate and affiliated websites

- Lead the design, continuous improvement and secure operation of the group’s websites, ensuring UX/UI excellence, brand consistency and functional performance across all platforms

- Manage evolutive and corrective maintenance, deployments, updates, and agencies coordination

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Lead and motivate a digital marketing team, sharing good practices and partnering with external agencies.

- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, communications, commercial, business lines and IT to foster an environment of growth, creativity, and operational excellence.

 

 

About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

 

Minimum of 15 years in B2B digital marketing and websites management, web project ownership, ideally within a large, international organization. Experience in leading multi-platform digital environments and cross-functional teams is essential.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing impactful, customer-centric digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels, with a focus on content marketing development, audience building, lead engagement, and conversion  
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Salesforce CRM, marketing automation (Pardot,..), content strategy, social media, paid media)
  • Deep understanding of web technologies (CMS, SEO, GEO, analytics (Piano analytics), UX/UI, hosting)
  • Advanced skills in using analytics (Piano Analytics) tools to extract insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing ROI continuously.  
  • Fluency in data analysis and performance-driven optimization
  • Agile methodology, risk management, stakeholder alignment
  • Capacity to manage both strategic vision and operational delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a rapidly evolving organizational landscape, embracing change and continuous learning.

 

Education:

  • Master’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, Webmastering, or a related field

Languages:

  • Fluency in both French and English (oral and written) is required
