About the mission we offer you:

 Technip Energies France has made Psycho-Social Risks and the improvement of the Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC) of its employees a priority. To this end, the QLWC team is committed to developing projects to consolidate QLWC at all levels of the company. One of the pillars of this approach is the organization of a large-scale survey to measure employees' perceptions of their well-being.

We are therefore actively seeking a QLWC Officer Apprentice to join our QLWC team.

Your missions will consist in:

  • Monitoring the deployment of company-wide action plans on the management of emotional demands and risk prevention, particularly for the expatriate population.
  • Participating in the implementation of annual engagement and QLWC surveys.
  • Supporting the qualitative analysis carried out (organization of workshops).
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative results on a global basis, and then on a more targeted basis for certain services, departments and divisions, in direct liaison with the managers concerned.
  • Monitoring action plans.
  • Participating in the implementation of action plans to improve the points identified through this survey, for all sub-units.
  • Documenting risks, prevention measures and action plans in the Document Unique d'Evaluation des Risques Professionnels.
  • Monitoring the organization of QWLC conferences, then develop and monitor the conference plan.
  • Making proposals and independently managing mini-projects to improve Quality of Life and Working Conditions.
  • Participating in the organization and running of events promoting Quality of Life and Working Conditions.
  • Participating in communication campaigns (on internal media).

Starting Date: September 2025Duration: 1 to 2 years

 

 About you:

  • You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management with a major in Quality of Life at Work or Labor Psychology. 
  • You are fluent in English and are familiar with communication tools.
  • You have a strong team spirit and you are performance & results oriented.
  • You are autonomous, structured and organized. 
  • Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have a good ability to synthesize information.
