About the mission we offer you:

 

  •  As compliance representative, you ensure the proper application of labor law within the company.
  • You will support managers and HRBPs in all matters related to individual and collective labor relations.
  • You will participate in the monitoring of litigation files (individual and collective) in liaison with law firms.
  • You will keep a permanent legal watch, enabling you to anticipate changes in legislation and collective bargaining agreements. You will be responsible for informing teams of changes affecting labor law (regular training of operational staff and HRBPs in labor law).
  • Regarding collective relations, you will participate in the organization, preparation and follow-up of certain meetings with employee representatives (preparation of agendas, invitations to CSE, CSSCT, Commissions).
  • You will participate in the organization of various expert appraisals (recurring and ad hoc).
  • You will participate in the preparation of ongoing negotiations and the drafting of company agreements, and will monitor the implementation of these agreements.

 

Start date: September 2025Duration: 12 months (1 year)

 

About you:

  • You are preparing a Master's degree in Labor law (or equivalent), so you have a strong knowledge of labor law (individual and collective relations).
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, and are responsive, autonomous, rigorous and proactive. 
  • You are a strong team player with a performance and results orientation.
  • You are structured and organized.
