Job description

We are currently seeking an AI Governance Manager, reporting directly to Data & AI Governance Lead to join our Data & AI Governance team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

 

About the role:

 

Overview:

The AI Governance Manger will play a key role in supporting the Data & AI Governance Lead in establishing and maintaining robust AI governance frameworks. She/He will focus on ensuring the ethical use of AI technologies, managing AI-related risks, and promoting responsible AI practices across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of AI governance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with AI governance standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI systems to ensure they align with organizational values and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI governance practices into existing data governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on responsible AI usage and governance principles.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in AI governance and ethics.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to AI governance processes and policies.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies to ensure they meet governance and ethical standards.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business education with a focus Data science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AI risk management and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and ethical AI practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in French and English
