The position

Job description

Reporting to the General Accountant, and working closely with the Junior Financial Controller, you will assist in delivering up-to-date financial statements for Team Vitality.

Your main missions will include :

Suppliers accounting and expense report

  • Reconcile the invoices with payments made

  • Make journal entries

  • Check expense report

  • Reconcile bank statement data

Accounts Receivable

  • Record sales entries

  • Follow up on customer payments (dunnin)

  • Analyze and enter datas for cyber café’s sales revenues

Cash management

  • Update exchange rates in SAP

  • Make bank deposits with the Junior Financial Controller

Reporting

  • Monitor inventory

  • Assist in providing data for merchandising reports

Other duties

  • Make journal entries via the accounting mailbox

  • Assist in preparing monthly closings

Accounting for the material assets

  • Update assets statement with the Office Manager

  • Manage offboarding processes

Preferred experience

  • 3rd-year Bachelor’s student or Master’s student in an accounting or business school, specializing in finance or accounting.

  • This is for a minimum 6-month internship, either as a work-study placement ending next summer or starting in a later intake.

  • Comfortable working in an international environment.

  • Proficient in English reading and writing.

  • Proficient in Excel.
