The position

Job description

As a UX/UI Design Intern in our Innovation Lab, you’ll play a key role in designing exceptional user experiences for our products and services. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects, learn from a team of experienced designers, and actively contribute to the development of user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities :

User Research :

  • Assist in conducting user research sessions to understand end-user needs, behaviors, and expectations.

  • Analyze research data to uncover patterns and actionable insights.

  • Create user journeys aligned with personas identified during research.

UI Design & Prototyping :

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.

  • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

Usability Testing :

  • Organize and participate in usability testing sessions to evaluate prototypes and gather user feedback.

  • Use test results to iterate on and improve design solutions.

Experience Optimization :

  • Work with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

  • Propose continuous improvements to the user experience based on feedback and industry best practices.

Documentation & Communication :

  • Prepare design documentation, UI specifications, and other materials to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Present your work and recommendations regularly to the team and stakeholders.

Workshop Participation :

  • Support in designing and facilitating custom workshops tailored to client needs.

  • Assist in creating workshop artifacts and tools.


Preferred experience

Requirements :

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Interaction Design, UX Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • Passionate about user-centered design and solving complex problems through thoughtful design.

  • Strong UI design skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

  • Good understanding of usability principles and user psychology.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management is a plus.
