Responsabilités :

1 Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud

2 Development and Deployment of CRM Analytic components, Salesforce Reports & Dashboard

3 Data migration from traditional systems to the SFDC platform using the API and data load techniques

4 Ability to troubleshoot issues or error

5 Ability to do salesforce configuration

6 Sales & Service of the services provided by Client , which includes integration with Mulesoft
