The main goal of this internship is to :
Assist in the CAS part of an AMS, Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications to fulfil customer’s demand.
Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality
Configuration and testing
Analyse the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization
Prepare and maintain documentation of SAP processes, configurations and systems changes
Interact with team members to understand SAP related needs
Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs
Find and fix issues/errors on the application
Skills and knowledge required :
Fluent English & French
Knowledge on processes like logistics or distributionUnderstanding or finance / controlling undesrtanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL
Experience with SAP.
Good communication and presentation skills
Technological environment :
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), formerly known as SAP Cloud Platform (SCP)
Familiarity with web technologies – Gain basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and UI integration
Development of problem-solving and analytical skills
