We are looking for a senior Brand Manager to lead and activate the SpudBros Express brand across the UK. This is a strategically important role focused on driving brand impact at scale, combining clear commercial objectives with best-in-class execution.
You will lead the brand agenda across the UK, with a strong focus on marketing performance, local store activation, and consistent brand expression across both self-owned and franchised locations.. While this role does not initially have direct reports, you will work through strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Franchise Support, and external agencies to deliver brand outcomes..

Evolve and refine the SpudBros Express brand voice, visual identity, and customer-facing expression across all channels in close collaboration with the creators and other stakeholders.
Act as a steward of the brand, setting clear principles and guidance to support strong execution by internal teams and franchise partners.
Balance brand consistency with local relevance, enabling stores to execute campaigns and activations that resonate locally.
Lead the planning and deployment of the UK brand and marketing budget across internal and external channels.
Drive strong brand and commercial performance across:
Sales uplift and footfall growth
Brand health and consideration
Customer advocacy (NPS)
Campaign effectiveness and ROI
Loyalty engagement and repeat visits
Use data and insight to continuously optimise campaigns, channels, and spend.
Design, refine, and roll out local store marketing playbooks , toolkits, and launch frameworks.
Support both self-owned and franchised locations equally , working directly with franchisees where needed.
Support franchise partners with clear playbooks, toolkits, and campaigns that enable strong local execution while protecting the brand.
Lead the end-to-end development of major UK brand campaigns, from insight and idea through to execution across in-store, digital, PR, and partnerships.
Play a key role in menu development, naming, and product launches , ensuring strong storytelling and commercial appeal.
Ensure in-house dining and takeaway experiences are consistently brought to life in-store.
Work closely with other stakeholders on the brand’s social media and community-building strategy at store level, with a strong focus on Gen Z engagement.
Drive and facilitate effective use of UGC, creators, and influencer partnerships at a local franchise level in collaboration with the brand creators .
Ensure digital channels actively support footfall, loyalty, and repeat visits – not just awareness.
Manage the day to day relationship with our creative, social, and PR partners .
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Finance, Supply, and Franchise teams to ensure brand initiatives are operationally realistic and commercially sound.
Act as a trusted brand partner to senior stakeholders across the business.
Extensive marketing and brand experience within QSR or high-volume hospitality .
Proven track record of driving brand-led commercial growth , ideally in multi-site or franchised environments.
Strong experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets .
Hands-on experience with store-level marketing and local activation .
A builder and optimiser : with strong instincts for what will resonate culturally, commercially, and locally. then relentlessly improve it.
Commercially sharp, data-informed, and comfortable being accountable for results.
Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumers .
Confident operating in a role with high ownership and influence, but no initial team .
Pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable working close to operations.
This role is designed to grow. Over the next 24–36 months, there is a clear pathway for this position to evolve into Head of Brand , with increased scope, team leadership, and potential international involvement as SpudBros Express scales.
