Jonathan is one of the three co-founders. He has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment and business development. He worked for 3 years in a large recruitment firm in England, then he founded his own company specialized in tech recruitment.

He then joined Nicolas and Amit in 2015 to create talent.io, aiming to revolutionize the way companies recruit tech talent in Europe.

After over two years as a sales person in the job board industry, Clémentine joined talent.io in March 2017 to develop the market in Lyon : the first city managed remotely from the Paris office.

After this successful launch, she became the squad leader in charge of the French expansion, launching all French cities outside of Paris. At the same time, she launched talent.io offer in Lille as a Client Executive.

She is now a Market Manager, as she has built a successful team dedicated to the “Province” project, focused on expanding the geographic reach of talent.io. Next launch? Brussels!

With more than 9 years of experience in Human Resources, including 6 years in Australia, Julie joined talent.io in 2018 as the Head of People & Culture.

With a background both in startups and large corporations, her role at talent.io is to ensure that this strong culture of ownership and kindness remains and grows as the company scales. In order to achieve this goal, Julie is today leading a team of four, with the mission to act as Business Partners and to ensure a strong cohesion between culture, business stakes, and collaborators’ well-being at talent.io.

After starting his career as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, Lucas joined talent.io in 2019 in the Talent Advocates team on the Paris market, to coach active candidates registered on talent.io platform.

His role as a Talent Advocate? Ensure the best experience for candidates on the platform by providing support during their recruitment process, regular coaching and precious pieces of advice throughout their journey on talent.io, until they sign a job offer!

After working for more than 15 years in the Banking industry and Business Consulting in the USA, Sander decided to move to a product-oriented function while relocating to Paris in 2015.

After 6 years leading Product teams in the e-commerce industry, Sander joined talent.io in March 2021, as the Head of Product.

Member of the Executive team, he heads talent.io’ s Product team made of 3 Product Managers. Their main missions are to design, create, and implement the future of talent.io, in collaboration with the Tech and operational teams!

After a first 4-year experience at Assurant France, as a Marketing Officer, Joanna joined the Growth & Marketing team of talent.io in February 2020 as a Marketing & Communication Manager.

She operates across all of our French, German, English and Dutch markets, in collaboration with the operational teams. Her main objective? Define, design, and implement an impactful local and international communication strategy.

Caroline joined the London team of talent.io in 2018, first as a Client Executive. With a background in Sales Development, she internally became a Sales Executive, today dedicated to the London market.

Her mission? Develop talent.io business in the UK, by building strong relationships of trust with our clients to offer them the best solutions that suit their recruitment needs.

In 2015, Emilie obtained her engineering degree and started working as a Product Engineer in the artificial intelligence field. In 2016 she decided to follow her other passion and enrolled in a pastry school to get a degree. This gave her the chance to work for Alain Ducasse, a renowned French Chef!

In 2020 she decided to return to her first love in Tech, and joined talent.io adventure as a Full Stack Developer within the Software Engineering team.

After various experiences working as Sales, Customer Success, and Coach in the e-commerce industry in Germany, Tu joined talent.io in March 2021. With his strong knowledge of the German market, he joined our Berlin office as a Client Executive.

His goal? Support our German clients in their tech hirings through the use of the platform and contribute to the development and growth of talent.io on the German market.
