The position

Job description

As part of our Operations team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new individual client applications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing updates and amendments to existing client accounts
  • Performing quality assurance checks (4-eyes checks) on processed applications and amendments
  • Providing operational support across other team functions when needed

Preferred experience

We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute, grow, and make a difference. Ideally, you have:

  • A solid understanding of AML/ATF/KYC requirements and relevant EU regulations
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg’s data protection and banking privacy legislation
  • Familiarity with financial or banking operations and related risks
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • The ability to analyze problems critically and suggest improvements
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working in an English-speaking environment; additional languages are a plus
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
