As an Event Manager, you will support the Marketing Partnerships & Events team in coordinating and across Switzerland and Europe. Your responsibilities will include:
Event Coordination & Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage banking event partnerships in Switzerland and Europe.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the three editions of our flagship event, Swissquote Trading Day, in Zurich, Lausanne, and Lugano.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify events of strategic interest and align on objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to identify speakers of strategic interest
- Review event packages, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Manage on-site brand visibility, including booth setup and brand assets.
- Oversee event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support internal and external event communications: brief creative teams and agencies, create invitations using tools such as Tito, and manage CRM-driven email campaigns.
- Report to the Brand experience team manager
- Grow into a Sponsorship Support role, coordinating sponsorship activations in Switzerland for UEFA (UEL, UECL), Genève-Servette Hockey Club, ZSC Lions, and our golf initiatives. Support partnership communications, help organise new activation opportunities, coordinate ticket distribution, and liaise with the sales department.
