The position

Job description

The Client Success Associate is responsible for:

  • Guiding new and prospective clients through the onboarding process, ensuring efficient account opening, funding, and activation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, building rapport, and educating them about bank services.
  • Collaborating with the onboarding team and other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective process.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements (MiFID, AML) and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Contributing to team targets for onboarding, funding, and activation while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Sharing client feedback and insights to support ongoing service improvements.

Preferred experience

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in client servicing or onboarding, preferably in retail banking or investing
  • Knowledge of investments (equities, funds) and banking products
  • Familiarity with banking operations, digital trading platforms, and relevant regulations (e.g., MiFID)
  • Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional demeanour
  • Commercial mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
