Our way of working is quite interesting. We don't have a fixed methodology and we often adapt ourselves according to our challenges.
We work in cycles of 3 weeks and 1 week of cool-down, during which we answer a question: "What value can we add to our customers?".
The main objective of this way of working is to keep the team focused on an objective by giving visibility to all stakeholders.
