The Role:
Your main mission is to handle incoming and outgoing communications, delivering high-quality responses across the following channels:
Phone
Social media
You’ll also bring your expertise on our product and solutions, identifying any issues users may encounter so we can better meet their needs.
With your experience, you’ll be able to spot recurring bugs or problems and share your insights with our technical and operations teams.

Our Offer:
Full-time role based in Paris, 11th arrondissement: Monday to Friday, either 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a candidate who sees themselves in the following:
You have proven expertise in Customer Support or Customer Relations
You’re a great communicator and enjoy connecting with people
You’re solution-oriented and genuinely want to help others
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish
Fluency in a third language is a strong plus
You’re calm and composed, even in challenging situations
You’re highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with constantly improving tools and strategies
