WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING -Plan, develop, coordinate, and review Electrical maintenance work within a discipline on the plant and assignment. -Supervise the day-to-day maintenance technical work of technician, specialists, and suppliers. -Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with approved procedures and holds career development discussions. -Prepare or oversee the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget. -Estimate staffing needs and schedules and assign work to meet schedule dates and maintenance plan. -Ensure that the technicians are receiving appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development. -Promote the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership. -Assist in the preparation of operations manuals in terms of electrical requirements. -Coordinate with client representatives to obtain approvals on work when it is accomplished.
