The Role
We are currently looking for an Executive VP of Continental Europe to be in charge of France, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Italy, and new countries currently in the launchpad 🌍. We continue our growth across different verticals like food, grocery and retail while expanding our services from strategic clients to also small and medium size clients who appreciate the differentiated value we deliver. In our growth journey, this role will oversee the commercial, local operations and global marketing organisations as all are identified as direct drivers for growth.
You will join the Senior Leadership team and will report to Cornelia Raportaru, the CEO. The role is Paris based.
What will I be doing? 🤔
Accountable for the P&L responsibility of the region (up to EBIT)Drive country teams on top-tier regional client discussions Set the strategy in strong coordination with the country General Managers in your scope and oversee the execution in your marketsBuild the teams in the newly launched countries and support the execution of the strategyWork closely with global functions (Product, Data, Global Operations, Finance) to build and improve our end-to-end user experience by fostering a customer-centricity cultureFoster a great team culture embedding our values and sustainability missionWhat do we need from you? 😎
12+ years of experience as a high-performer in a fast-paced and challenging environment (consulting/ BtoB SaaS and scale-up companies in an international environment)Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in business development and the ability to build strong stakeholder, partner and customer relationships within SMBsExtensive hands-on experience in prospecting & closing deals (B2B enterprise sales cycle) at the highest decision-making levelProven experience developing and executing business strategy in international markets across EuropeExperience managing C-level as direct and/or indirect reportsData driven mindsetStrong organisational & analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluency in English & French is a mustExpected 30% TravelThe stuff you wanna know 😉
