The position

Job description

As an Onboarding Manager, you are responsible for the success of Streem deployments for our clients, from initial integration through advanced operational adoption.

Acting as a key interface between customers, data, and product, you translate complex business challenges into practical, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Your work has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, data quality, and the value delivered by the platform.
This role can also serve as a stepping stone toward joining the Product team.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Deployment & Project Management

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial kickoff to full user autonomy

  • Organize and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and product walkthroughs

  • Configure customer accounts and adapt data models to specific business needs

  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data integrated into the platform

  • Manage internal and external expectations by providing a clear and transparent deployment timeline, acting as a trusted partner for clients


📊 Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze functional and data-related issues encountered by clients

  • Diagnose, track, and resolve onboarding issues using advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and **SQL**

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, performance, and service quality


🧠 Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and expand product usage

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to evolve the platform and contribute customer needs to the product roadmap

  • Structure, document, and continuously improve onboarding and deployment processes

  • Propose and implement automations to improve efficiency and scalability


Preferred experience

  • Experience in SaaS, data, consulting, or operations, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with complex datasets

  • Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)

  • Good knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver pragmatic solutions

  • Comfortable in a cross-functional role combining technical, business, and customer-facing responsibilities

  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Strong interest in the energy transition and the energy sector

  • Fluent in French and English, with clear communication across diverse stakeholders

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-satisfaction driven
