We are looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen Stoïk’s marketing presence in Spain, grow the local brand, define and execute a content strategy, and help organize events.

You will play a key role at Stoïk, working closely with several teams (Cyber, Insurance, Product, Design, Event, etc.), reporting to the Spanish Country Manager (Juan Ramallo) with support from the CEO (Jules Veyrat) and the Marketing Lead (Maike Lammers).

You will also work hand in hand with the other Marketing Managers (France, DACH, and BeNeLux) to ensure coordination and alignment across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand growth and communication strategy:

  • Contribute to strengthening Stoïk’s brand in Spain

  • Own Stoïk’s external communication strategy in the Spanish market, including everything related to social media (LinkedIn), the website, and the press (in collaboration with a local PR partner).

• Content strategy deployment:

  • Manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with the other marketing managers (France, DACH, and BeNeLux).

  • Build all forms of high-quality content (articles, sales documentation, white papers, etc.) alone or in collaboration with external service providers.

  • Project management and coordination of internal stakeholders, including briefs for our designer to create visuals.

• Event organization:

  • Help plan and organize local events (trade fairs, monthly webinars, partner events) to strengthen Stoïk’s visibility and network in Spain.

  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up in collaboration with the local team and relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Organize team buildings events 3 times a year.

• You have at least three years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

• You enjoy learning, are curious, proactive, adaptable, a good listener and an organized team player.

• You have a way with words, and writing holds no secrets for you.

• You are fluent in Spanish and English and you are based in Madrid.

• You want to work within a strong team and contribute to the success of the company.
